Duties

• Manage a full caseload of contested family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and enforcement.
• Draft and argue motions; handle temporary hearings and trials.
• Conduct discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial strategy.
• Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel to keep cases moving.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Litigation experience required, with family court preferred; comparable litigation considered.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and follow-through.
• Strong writing, professionalism, and client communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.
