A law firm seeks an Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in San Diego, CA. Duties

• Advise clients on borrower-side private credit transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant finance experience.
• Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in.
