Location:

Duties:
Represent clients in commercial and business litigation matters
Handle contract disputes, business torts, and supply chain litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions
Participate in pretrial and post-trial motion practice
Develop litigation strategies and assist with trial preparation
Serve as second chair during trial proceedings
Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy and execution
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in commercial litigation
Proven experience in managing discovery and motion practice
Meaningful courtroom or trial experience strongly preferred
Strong ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Admission to the Michigan Bar
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license and good standing with the Michigan State Bar
Skills:
