Duties

• Litigate complex disputes from case filing through trial.
• Engage in commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation.
• Work directly with clients and manage complex cases.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial work.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location preferred.
