Duties

Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions and court filings.
• Experience in conducting depositions and participating in hearings.
• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing with the State Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ethical judgment.
• 1+ years of work experience in family law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
