• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and work effectively in a team environment.
• Manage priorities, anticipate issues, and ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Maintain a high level of professional commitment and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Prior experience with an AM Law 100 firm.
• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
• Graduated in the top 30% of the class.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
