Duties

• Conduct judicial research to develop profiles and analytics on judges.
• Oversee calendaring functions and communicate litigation deadlines.
• Perform court services functions, including document retrieval and filing.
• Prepare procedural roadmaps for complex court filings.
• Protect and maintain confidential and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to articulate complex court rules and calendaring issues clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend and convey complex legal principles.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current bar admission in a relevant state.

Skills

• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, CourtLink, and Lex Machina.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney or in a Docket/Calendar/Litigation Services environment.
