The candidate will handle a variety of cases for immigrant children, including asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, and removal defense. Should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in immigration law, a commitment to providing legal services to the poor, and be a member of the Florida Bar. Spanish speaking is strongly preferred. Must be able to exhibit the appropriate sensitivity, empathy, and patience in working with children.
