Duties

• Advise on federal securities laws, including Investment Company Act status.
• Provide opinions on broker-dealer and investment adviser status issues.
• Counsel on broker-dealer and investment adviser registration and compliance.
• Assist in setting up alternative investment platforms.

Requirements

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology and early-stage companies preferred.
• SEC experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
