The candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals for estate planning, supervise probate and trust administration processes, and draft legal documents related to wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals
• Supervise probate and trust administration processes with clients
• Draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments
• Conduct client meetings to provide guidance and support throughout the planning process
• Work closely with experienced support staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Embrace technology to enhance the client experience and streamline internal processes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Alaska State Bar
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with people
• Experience in estate planning and administration is preferred
