The candidate will lead the sales process in the initial client meeting. Will propose and design tailored estate plans for clients. Pass on legal work to staff attorneys and focus on growing own client list. Cultivate and nurture referral partner relationships, including financial advisors and insurance/annuity brokers. Contribute to the marketing efforts, including creating posts for social media platforms writing articles, blogs, and case studies. Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience is strongly preferred. Membership in the Massachusetts Bar is essential.
