The candidate responsibilities will include: Client management; Maintaining client files; Screen calls from potential clients; Perform initial telephonic conference of potential client; Input data from telephonic conferences into tracking system; Working with attorneys in drafting and finalizing correspondence; Prepare pleadings, legal writing and miscellaneous documents at the direction of the attorney; Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences and trainings. Proven work experience as a legal assistant or similar role is required. Collaborative/ Mediation experience a plus. must have experience (more than basic familiarity) with Word Perfect, Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Family Law experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
