Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to prepare demand packages.
• Provide empathetic and professional client service.
• Maintain organized electronic files and document case developments.

Requirements

• Licensed Attorney in California, in good standing with the CA Bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law or another field of law.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and advocacy mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
• Compassionate and driven to advocate for clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.
