Junior to Mid-level Financial Services Associate
The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience working on investment management and/or fund formation matters, which would include experience with drafting private placement memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription booklets, and related ancillary documents, as well as some experience with preparing and updating Form ADVs and compliance policies and procedures. Must have a working knowledge of the Advisers Act and other relevant securities laws and regulations, and intellectual curiosity with respect to new regulatory developments and developing innovative structures and solutions. Should have a strong interest in working with registered investment advisers and private investment funds, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and cryptocurrency/digital asset funds. Any experience working with mutual funds and related registered products is a definite plus. Admittance to the Illinois Bar is preferred.
