• Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish.

• Provide oral advocacy in hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar.
• 2-8 years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation.
• Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
