Duties

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and legal documents.
• Manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload efficiently.
• Collaborate with support staff and attorneys to enhance productivity.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing attorneys, and pro se litigants.
• Exercise independent judgment on case progress and resolution.
• Make weekly court appearances for dockets, motion hearings, and trials.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by partners.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas; MO/KS/CO license preferred but not required.
• Prior civil litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with creditor's rights preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
