Duties

• Provide leadership and training to attorney and non-attorney team members.
• Audit work products of assigned team members.
• Ensure ethical obligations are met by non-attorney team members.
• Respond to legal inquiries from support teams.
• Review and edit USCIS applications and supporting documents.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and handle escalations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in humanitarian and family-based immigration applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with USCIS application renewals is a plus.

Education
