Duties

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in patent law
• Strong background in patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling
• Ability to manage complex patent portfolios and multiple deadlines
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills for client and technical interactions

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Technical degree in engineering, science, or related field preferred

Certifications

• Active state bar license in good standing
• USPTO registration required
