• Manage legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution
• Handle all aspects of discovery, litigation, and case management
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide legal analysis and strategy development
• Maintain client communication and provide proactive updates

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of California
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach to case management

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
