• Draft powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and living wills.
• Guide clients through document review and execution processes.
• Assist fiduciaries with probate and trust administration.
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns with tax professionals.
• Collaborate on succession planning document creation.
• Work with team attorneys and paralegals to meet client objectives.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in New York State.
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in Trusts and Estates law with strong drafting skills.
• Technical knowledge of state and federal estate planning laws.
• Ability to leverage technology for efficient work.
