A law firm seeks a Land Use Associate to join their expanding team in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys to guide projects through complex regulatory and compliance processes.

Duties

• Handle a full spectrum of land use and natural resources matters, including due diligence and entitlements.
• Engage in environmental review under CEQA.
• Collaborate with a team to represent developers, property owners, and investors.
• Manage significant individual responsibilities.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in land use and natural resources.
• Experience with CEQA litigation is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with natural resources, wetlands, and endangered species is beneficial.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• High level of academic achievement.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
