Litigation Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: File documents with various Courts, perform appropriate service on all filings; retrieve court dockets, cases and other materials from various online databases, and track status of cases. Revise, proofread and maintain a variety of litigation documents Prepare (including TOC and TOA). Maintain court deadlines, events and meetings using Amicus and Outlook calendars. Work with vendors to arrange depositions, court calls, and messenger/attorney service. Assist with trial prep. Organize electronic and hard files. Draft notices to set, to continue, deposition. Draft discovery requests such as requests for production, interrogatories, requests for copies and requests for admissions. Prepare subpoenas.
