Insurance Coverage Litigation Associates

The candidate will be drafting complex case evaluations, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation documents. Working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal where relevant. Conducting legal research and writing memoranda. Conducting, propounding and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions). Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel. Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions or other coverage analyses. Should have 1-6 years of litigation experience; some experience with insurance litigation is a plus. Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing.
