The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Should have background in technology transactions including experience with cloud agreements, outsourcing, e-commerce issues, technology licensing and transfers, and contracts for data, technology and intellectual property assets. Must have interest in the intersection of commerce and technology is demonstrated through work experience, writings, and professional activities. Must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the DC Bar.
