Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements.
• Prepare LLC and LP agreements and other transaction documents.
• Collaborate with private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Provide strategic business judgment and client-focused solutions.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of private equity and M&A experience.
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Prior large firm experience with private equity sponsors.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Virginia.
