A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will manage structured securities offerings and represent various real estate entities in complex transactions.

Duties

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.
• Handle transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Washington, DC.

Skills

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and business judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
