A law firm seeks a Transactional Tax Associate to join their Investment Funds Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will focus on partnership tax issues and support the Investment Funds Practice.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of subchapter K partnership tax experience.
• Experience in asset management practice preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Washington, DC.
