Duties

Requirements

• 2-5 years of corporate legal experience.
• Proficiency in private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
