Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through all stages of litigation.
• Handle case development, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and trial briefs.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
• Must be bilingual.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
