The candidate should be admitted to a State Bar. Must have 4+ years of experience handling general corporate matters including M&A, equity/debt financing transactions and corporate governance counseling. Experience with capital markets transactions or SEC compliance is a plus. Must have strong drafting and negotiation skills and deal team experience. Should have strong communication skills; attention to detail; commitment to client service; ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters.
