• Prepare affirmative applications for various visas and waivers.
• Communicate with attorneys and experts for client benefit.
• Draft and file motions and briefs in immigration courts and appeals.
• Analyze immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
• Litigate habeas corpus petitions and injunctive relief applications.
• Perform consultations for potential clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law by the highest court of any state.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
