A law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of significant experience in handling commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in acquisitions, sales, financing, and condominium/HOA matters, along with the ability to lead transactions and provide excellent client service.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on condominium and homeowners association (HOA) matters.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and title examinations.
  • Handle closings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • 5+ years of substantial experience practicing real estate law.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining responsiveness.
  • Prior experience with condominium and HOA matters preferred.
  • Portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
