Senior Technical Lead Software Development and Engineering
The candidate will lead the technical design, development and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Will lead and coach multiple scrum teams in Database Development activities utilizing PL1 and/or T-SQL. Leading by both example and direction. Ensure standards are being met by teams with respect to code quality, unit test cases, and best coding practices for all code implementations. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Lead development on Proof-of-Concept projects to help create reusable patterns for development. Participate in various agile ceremonies and appropriately lead technology solutions across a large team space.
