Duties

• Manage general commercial litigation cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage expert witnesses.
• Participate in court proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure.
• Admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission.
• Arizona, California, and/or Colorado bar admission is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Appellate experience is a plus.
• Prior clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in Nevada.
