Duties

• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice areas.
• Represent a diverse client base, including governmental and private-sector clients.
• Work on litigation matters across industries such as technology, construction, and healthcare.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
• Judicial clerkship experience is desired.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
