Engage in communication while implementing national strategies by Regional and National Leadership. Be a partner to HR in matters concerning talent, including goal setting, recruitment, retention and conflict resolution.InsurersLead Market Relationship Management for both Panel and Non-Panel Insurers. Become the internal resource and influencer on market trends, pricing practices, risk, insurance carrier appetites/capabilities/practices and other underwriting developmentsAon's ClientsWork closely with Team Leaders, Brokers, Account Executives, Account Specialists and others in crafting solutions and negotiating with Insurers to acquire the structures, terms and conditions that best meet clients' exposures and needs.Champion initiatives, including but not limited to Human Capital, IP Solutions, Pooled Employer Plans, Standardized Commissions and Aon Ascent and Cover-wallet adoption.Partner with Regional leadership and other Risk and Industry practices to ensure collaboration and innovation in support of all PNP Clients.Collaborate with our Professional Services Practice to drive broking and product consistency.Grow Aon's PNP PortfolioDevelop and drive client-centric broking strategies in the region that reduce Aon E&O exposure, including promoting and using proprietary panels and facilities.Support regional account executives and production teams in sales and other campaigns to promote growth through being a leading voice in the RFP Process.Facilitate a strategy of identifying potential public company prospects and smoothly transitioning from PNP to the public company team.Working autonomously and simultaneously with US Middle Market Non-National Property and Casualty accounts.Build internal and external tools for the Middle Market Clients to analyze the insurance marketplace and benchmark elements of clients' risk.Negotiating with appropriate markets to meet, or where possible, exceed client coverage and financing goals.Analyze and compare risk transfer, financing and coverage options providing comparison deliverables for both internal teams and clients.Required Experience and SkillsTen years or more negotiating Management Liability Insurance placements.Demonstrated experience managing successful teams and promoting innovation across groups and regions.Solid Carrier Relations in the Private, Non-Profit Executive Liability Industry with a high-level understanding of executive liability insurance products, including liability, risk transfer and indemnification concepts.Current insurance licensure or ability to quickly acquire an insurance producer's license in all applicable states in the region.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
