Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Handle complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigations through trial preparation

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings

• Prepare and argue motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Engage in trial preparation and participate in court appearances

• Develop case strategies and work directly with clients

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience

• Experience in pre- and post-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Background in areas such as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction, or professional liability

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation tasks independently

• Strong project and case management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively within a litigation team
