Duties

• Prepare and review regulatory filings and documentation.
• Provide guidance on statutes such as the Stark Law, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA.
• Support healthcare and life sciences companies with everyday regulatory considerations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of healthcare-related transactional experience.
• Strong understanding of federal and multi-state healthcare regulations.
• Experience with regulatory filings and compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
