Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing business law, especially in corporate transactions and finance

• Deep understanding of Massachusetts corporate law and regulatory environment

• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects under tight timelines

• Strong problem-solving approach with precision in legal drafting and analysis

• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
