The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active member in good standing with Arizona, New Mexico, and/or Utah State Bar with 1-5 years of experience in General Liability and Auto. Should preferably possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a drive to provide exceptional client service. Must be highly motivated, have excellent academic credentials, and work well individually and as part of a legal team. Must have strong experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills are required.
