• Attend certain court appearances.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.

• Experience with payment disputes, vendor disputes, government investigations, and False Claims Act cases is advantageous.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Ohio is mandatory.
