Duties

• Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are current.
• Discuss asset distribution plans with clients.
• Confer with senior partners and paralegals to advance civil litigation processes.
• Attend court proceedings to represent clients as needed.
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Requirements

• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree required.
• Experience with estate planning and probate matters.
• Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, and real estate law.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in stressful situations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
