Document Production Specialist

The candidate will provides document production services to attorneys and staff utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Power PDF Advanced software. Duties include typing, proofreading, revising, and combining material from rough draft, corrected copy, digital recorded voice dictation, Internet sources, or previous computer versions to produce correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents. Should have a one year certificate from a college or technical school, three to six months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) Litigation experience and/or knowledge of e-filing is a plus. Successful candidates will possess a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
