Duties

• Defend corporate and individual clients in FCPA and anti-corruption investigations and enforcement actions
• Advise clients on anti-corruption compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage internal investigations involving potential regulatory or criminal exposure
• Interface with domestic and international regulatory and enforcement authorities
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and investigative reports
• Conduct witness interviews and oversee cross-border fact-gathering efforts
• Provide strategic guidance during enforcement proceedings and settlement negotiations
• Monitor developments in anti-corruption laws and enforcement trends

Requirements

• 19 years of experience in anti-corruption, FCPA, or white-collar defense litigation
• Extensive experience handling government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters
• Strong understanding of U.S. and international anti-corruption laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes matters independently
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong judgment and client advisory capabilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
