Duties:

• Prosecute misdemeanor, petty, and ordinance violations in circuit court and municipal administrative court.
• Handle a variety of legal matters within the firm's practice areas.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and client matters.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Illinois.
• Experience in criminal or traffic prosecution or defense.
• Experience with civil or criminal jury trials is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:
