A law firm in Dothan, AL, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong work ethic and a commitment to fighting for clients' rights. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling litigation matters from start to finish, including preparing complaints, managing discovery, and engaging in motion practice.

Duties:

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Prepare and draft complaints, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Handle all aspects of motion practice, including drafting and filing motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct initial client meetings to assess cases and develop legal strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Alabama.
• 2-5 years of experience handling personal injury litigation matters preferred.
• Proven experience in preparing legal documents, managing discovery, and engaging in motion practice.
• Strong desire to advocate for clients and handle cases from start to finish.
