Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (remote)

Location: Remote (CALIFORNIA)

Position: Full-Time Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and defend California Workers’ Compensation Defense claims
• Handle hearings, depositions, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, reports, and legal correspondence
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Develop case-specific defense strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate or LLM
• Previous Experience in Workers Comp highly preferred
• California State Bar or awaiting bar results
• Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and conduct thorough legal research
