Duties:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation and trial matters across diverse practice areas, including domestic relations, plaintiffs’ practice, and corporate litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage case strategies, legal research, and documentation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency and progress throughout cases.
• Take initiative in managing caseloads and ensuring timely progression of legal matters.
• Participate in firm-sponsored continuing education programs to enhance professional skills and stay updated on legal developments.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 0-1 year of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on family law or corporate litigation a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• A desire for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• License to practice law in Nevada.

Skills:
