Duties

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure matters for mortgage lenders and investors.
• Appear in court to argue motions for foreclosure, eviction, and title matters.
• Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and adherence to directives.
• Collaborate with support staff on legal document preparation and execution.
• Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents.
• Draft legal pleadings and correspondence for foreclosure actions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree, licensed in New York, and in good standing with the New York Bar.
• Minimum one year of motion practice experience.
• Knowledge of New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Licensed in New York and in good standing with the New York Bar.
