Duties

• Provide legal advice on corporate formation and governance.
• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, and licenses.
• Review and negotiate service contracts.
• Assist with intellectual property concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of experience in transactional law.
• Current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Membership in California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
